This notice describes the private beta's handling of connected Google account data. Contact: khristheproducer@gmail.com.

When you connect Google, tuulblox receives your Google account identity and the permissions you grant. Email features use message headers, bodies, conversations, drafts and attachments. Calendar features retrieve calendar lists and events. Spreadsheet features retrieve workbook information and cell contents, save the cell changes you submit, and grant access to selected teammates when you share a spreadsheet.

These actions pass through the tuulblox server to Google. Stored connection credentials and action records are encrypted in the server vault. Action records help recover interrupted requests and avoid duplicate operations. They can include original Gmail draft content, affected spreadsheet cell values and sharing-recipient details. Google also retains messages, drafts, spreadsheet changes and file permissions within its services.

Connecting a Google account does not give teammates access to your entire mailbox, calendar or Drive. Selected messages, files or spreadsheet links are shared through the actions you take. Connecting Google does not automatically send mailbox, calendar or spreadsheet content to tuulblox AI.

You can withdraw Google access through your Google Account's connected-app settings. Withdrawal does not itself delete existing tuulblox records or undo messages, edits or permissions already created in Google.
